As we step into the new year, it gives a feeling of starting a new phase. What time could be better to build upon new good habits and leave old bad habits. January is the month when you can start afresh and wipe the slate clean. The month in itself has a freshness. As I got up on first January and peeped out of the window, a fresh moist breeze caught me. The water element has washed the earth, the trees and the whole existence as it felt to me. It gave me a hint “As the all dust is washed off from me, and I shine in a new beauty today, now its your turn to shine now, so just wash off all the dust of bad habits and bad memories”
So now is the time to clean the slate and synchronize your energies with the elements. Resolve to learn the language of the elements and the universe, and resolve to make your life simpler and easier. The universal language is not a complicated one but the moment you stop all the complications going on in your life and just get aware towards the simplicity and synchronicity of the existence, your life becomes simpler and easier. The resolution is not to add more complications by adding more and more habits to remember but the resolution is to make life simple, beautiful and magically elemental!!
